The Rules and Regulations of the Cucharas Sanitation and Water District is a guideline created to define the purpose of the creation of the CS&WD, and to define the goals and responsibilities intended for services provided to the inhabitants of the Cucharas District. [Download]

CS&WD By-Laws

The Cucharas Sanitation and Water District By-laws are created and made publicly available to provide definitions of standards of the Board of Directors, its personnel, policies and design, as well as guidelines for its conduction of business. Among other general information items included are office location and board meeting protocol. [Download]

CS&WD Consumer Confidence Report

The Consumer Confidence Report is an annual document required by law to be written and made available to the public each year. The purpose of this document is to relate to the public the responsibilities and duties of the CSWD, and also provide the resulting technical data from that year for their review.
