Our business office for the Cucharas Sanitation and Water District is located just south of main street Cuchara along Highway 12. We are always ready to help you with any questions you may have.

Our office is open 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. We are closed generally from 12 Noon-1pm for lunch.

Our Staff Is Ready To Help

Our Administrative Staff, including Bob, our General Manager; Renee, Administrative Assistant; and Barb, our Accounting Specialist are just a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns you have. In addition, Will, Russell, our Plant Operators, and Larry, our Maintenance and Meter Reader make sure things run smoothly in the field.

■	By Mail: Simply send your check or money order, (No cash please) to the address on your billing statement.
■	In Person or By Drop Box: Drop your check by our office during regular business hours, or use the convenient mail slot next to the front door.
■	Automatic Bill Payment: We can automatically deduct your payment each month through Automatic withdrawal from a specified checking or savings account. This method is convenient for you, as you never have to write a check or use a stamp. Call our office to find out more at Automatic Bill Payment.

Billing Questions

CSWD Water Bills are sent out to customers during the first week of each month and are due on the last day of the month. Late payments will be assessed a 1% late payment fee. Bill payment can be made in one of three ways:
